George Orwell


George Orwell, Eric Arthur Blair, was b0rn on June 25 1903 and died in 1950. He was a journalist, political author and english novelist. George orwell wrote Animal Farm in 1945 and Nineteen Eighty four in 1949. George was born in Motihari, Bengal, India. He was the second child. George's dad, Richard Walmesley Blair, was a civil servant, and his mother, Ida Mabel Limonzin, was the daughter of a tea-merchant in Burma. Orwell attended Eton. His first writings were published in college periodicals. Orwell was educated in England.1930's he baegan to consider himself a socialist. During 1941 and 1943 Orwell worked on propogonda for the BBC. Orwell's health was deteriorating and he died of Tuberculosis on January 21 1950.
